ULT MOVE Ankle/Foot, Acceleration, Iso Hold. Position 3 Exercise

Hold an end acceleration position (Pos. 3) and push your foot into the ground. The body position should be fully extended at the hip. Use the support of something sturdy so you can hold the position and push the foot into the ground.
