Begin by unfolding the elbows to circle straight arms towards ears finishing with thumbs facing up (shoulders rotated externally). Re-trace the movement back to the start position.
**practice not touching the floor with your arms once the movement is initiated. Increase intensity by lifting chest off the floor once arms are fully lengthened overhead. Lower the chest on the return.
