This movement pattern mobilizes the spine through flexion and extension. The hamstrings will be lengthened and the upper body will be warmed up and the shoulders will improve stability.
**If the hamstrings feel tight, bend the knees as much as needed to get the hands to the floor. To regress the Plank to the floor, use the knees on the floor to assist.
