Torso Twist w/ Shoulder Dip Exercise

-Keep feet shoulder width apart or slightly wider with toes pointed out.
-Place hand on knees, keep arms relaxed.
-Slowly rotate your torso to one side, keeping your hips still and shoulders down and relaxed. Hold briefly at the bottom and return to center.
