Squat Down, Keeping Your Hands On The Cylinder Of The ViPR Pro The Entire Time. As You Stand Back Up, Pick The ViPR Pro Up Off Of The Ground. With Each Squat Down And Up, Slide Your Hands Further Down The Cylinder Of The ViPR Pro. When Your Hands Reach The Bottom Of The ViPR Pro, Let The ViPR Pro Slide Back Down To The Ground And Start Back At The Top Of It.
