Place a medicine ball on a weight bench and half kneel beside bench with “trail” knee on the floor. Grab the MB with both hands, maintaining a long spine. Circle it overhead, simultaneously shifting the hips by laterally bending away from landing the ball on the floor. Start the movement again from the floor in a deadstart position, replicating the movement in reverse. Both directions is 1 rep.
