ULT Hand Type 1 ULT Exercise

This is a fantastic pattern to help create motion through the upper thoracic spine which is fantastic to unload the cervical spine and protect the neck. This motion teaches the ribcage (thoracic spine) to handle the load through a hand driver and work in a coordinated fashion with the pelvic floor.
