LLT CJS Banded Tick-tocs Exercise

With a band above both knees fold to a squat. Turn toes inward and heels turn outward. Drive left foot into the ground as you reach the right foot forward fully extending to touch the ground in front of you. Repeat this extension diagonally from midline, directly to the side, behind you diagonally, and then straight back. Reverse this on the same side from back to front. Repeat this sequence on the opposite leg. (Driving stationary foot into ground to activate glute medius)
