LLT Battling Rope – Low to High Chop Exercise

Assume an athletic stance – appox. a quarter squat – with the battling rope at your side. As you stand up, lift your arms (along with the rope) diagonally in front you, then bring them down to the opposite hip. The motion should resemble an upside down ‘V.’ Repeat for designated time
