LMT Swing with Medial Step Exercise

With good swing set up mechanics hike the bell back between the legs. At the top of the swing bring the leg (same side as loaded arm) to your center line. You are still using both legs to perform the swing. You should be able to have a slight pause in the close stance while you enjoy the float before returning to your hike stance.
