* Leg in front in sagittal plane.
*Opposite leg in flexion at the hip and approx. 90 deg. bent at the knee
*Arm abducted and externally rotated.
*Retropulsion of the head and neck (keep the cervical spine straight)
*Remain in a vertical axis with long spine
*Axial extension from the coccyx to the vertex. Imagine a string attached to the crown of your head pulling you up to the ceiling and the tailbone driving into the ground.
* Internal rotation of the straight leg, coupled with inversion of the foot.
*Knee in extension, heel off the floor (not touching he ground)
*Push the arm away from the body very strongly.
*Push the extended lower limb (leg) away.
