LLT CJS Traps Y-Raises Exercise

Begin leaning body weight onto an incline bench, pull shoulders down your back as sternum comes forward. With DBs in hand, brace core and pull your shoulders down your spine as you raise the dumbbells up in a diagonal motion with thumbs face up. Slowly lower and repeat for repetition.
