ULT ULT Accel: SL TRX Knee Drive (jc) Exercise

Stand facing the anchor point with straps about mid length. Split your stance, bearing weight in the front leg. Explosively drive the back knee up. Pause briefly and reset the start position for the next rep.

Maximize the speed of the acceleration first and then progress by making the starting stance deeper.
