LLT OH Squat Percussive Exhale Exercise

Have your feet as wide as needed to feel comfortable.
As you squat make sure you lengthen your glutes.
Inhale at the top (or coming up) do the exhales in the squat position – make sure that your lower belly does not push out as you exhale.
