ULT Core Cycle #1 Exercise

Core Cycle #1 can be described as a sequence consisting of a low plank for 1 minute, a side plank for 30 seconds each side, then a reverse plank fro 30 seconds. Each cycle is 2:30 long and try to keep your knees and hips off the ground as you change between sides.

You’ll perform 2 of these Core Cycles consecutively in your regen workout today.
