LMT DB/KB-deadstart lateral squat to high pull (jc) Exercise

Select with a “heavy” weight specific to the pulling action at the shoulder complex (not specific to the hip complex). Begin in a squat wide squat bent at hips, knees and ankles. Position DB/KB to one side of the body. Reach for the weight with the opposite arm, maintaining long spine, with chest lifted. Stand and pull the weight from a dead start position, finish in a high pull (elbow wide) and return to the start. Be sure to initiate each rep from a dead start position.
