LMT OALC w/ Eye Tracking & Percussive Breath Exercise

While performing One Arm Long Cycle, perform percussive breathing that focuses on exhalation.
Once in fixation, hold the lockout until all the air has been removed from lungs. Breath in and start next rep.

Eye tracking- keep eyes fixed on bell from drop down, through backswing and into clean.
While performing Jerk, lock your gaze on an object 5-10 meters away.
Lock gaze back on the kettlebell at start of next rep.
