LLT CJS HIIT System Rows Exercise

This activity requires the Lebert Fitness HIIT System. Press entire foot into the ground and rotate legs outward to activate the legs, come to an active squats with tension in the system and row vigorously back and forth for time. Intention is to lock scapula down and pull through elbow to squeeze lat.
