LLT LLT KB Forward Lunge To 1/2 Kneel OH Press Exercise

KB in one hand, hinge slightly at hips to clean KB to front rack position as you simultaneously step opposite leg forward. Lower back knee down to floor letting weight rest. Press KB OH. Lower KB, lift back knee, then step the forward leg back to starting position as KB lowers to side.
