LMT CJS Lateral Monster Walks Exercise

With a mini band above both knees, bend into a squat and turn toes towards midline, pointing heels outward. Side step leading with the knee and heel simultaneously as you drive the opposing foot into the ground to create stability in the glute medius. Step laterally keeping the queues in mind for the allotted reps. Repeat in opposite direction.
