UMT Feldenkrais Hip / Pelvis Integrator Exercise

SMUR exercise for the lumbopelvic hip complex. Great mobility exercise for facilitating facet joint, sacroiliac joint, and global hip articulation.
*You should use as little effort as possible; imagine that you have a puppet string attached to the front of your pelvis, that it is lifting you up.
*Perform 10-20 reps, progressively rolling your pelvis over and lifting just one vertebra off the ground with each repetition.
