ULT (ULT) Ground to Standing with a Squat (AS) Exercise

Begin this exercise with a narrow foot position squat and a two hand reach up at overhead. Sink low into a squat and then stand, followed immediately by a walk out to a plank and then begin again. Breath evenly throughout and maintain a tall spine.
