It’s been a long day, power-down for a great night sleep.

1. Set up your most comfortable position in a dimmed room, any candles around?
2. Take a breath in through your nose for 4 seconds
Hold your breath for 2 seconds
Exhale trough either nose or mouth for 6 seconds
Hold for another 2 seconds
3. Repeat the cyclw 10 times
