LLT Cable Deadlift Exercise

Use a bar attachment or individual handles. Set cable to lowest setting. Grab bar or handles and hold in front of your hips. Slowly and controlled drive your hips back and bring the bar or handles down toward your feet while keeping your back straight. Bring your torso as close to parallel as possible and push yourself back up to standing.
