LLT ZS – Cable Deadlift with long Handle Exercise

Set Cable and pulley height to low, add long handle to both clips.

Stand in a shoulder width wide stance, tip for hip allowing arms to extend long towards cable and hips back. Squeeze glutes and hamstrings to come back to original position.
