ULT Crescent Pose Exercise

This yoga pose is appropriate for anyone living in the modern world of too much flexion. It’s intent is to create extension in the hip flexors, quads and anterior lines. As well it will provide external rotation at the shoulders while activating the posterior chain into a flexed state. Think hamstrings, erectors and upper back tissues.

Move with your breath and take your time getting in and out of this stretch.

Work through the phases and find the level that is appropriate for your needs.
