Supine Active Hamstring Stretch Exercise

Lying supine (on your back), loop a band or strap around one foot, and lift the leg as high as possible without bending either knee. Then, pull the strap go get further into a stretch. Hold for a moment, and return to the ground. Repeat for reps and switch sides
