UMT JM – Supine/Prone Scorpion Exercise

Starting on your back, place your arms perpendicular to your body. Bring your opposite leg up and across your body trying to touch your foot to your hand. Repeat, and then turn over to your stomach, and complete the same motion. Use your arms to stabilize your upper body.
