Stagger your stance, lower your back foot knee as far as is comfortable and yet something of a challenge, and bring to your front foot knee your opposite arm hand in an aggressive sprinting stance. Whoosh your arms in the opposite swinging direction as you press into the ground with your feet and straighten your knees to standing. Slowly lower back into the low sprinting stance, then whoosh your arms back up and legs to standing. Be careful and stay balanced despite any gravity temptations to fall off balance.
