LMT Dead Start – banded lateral sled drag (jc) Exercise

Using a ridgid tether attached to sled and around pelvis. Drop into forward flexed, deep knee bend position with tether tight. Drive off the trail leg into a lateral lunge, catching in the hips of the lead leg. Reset and repeat.

Add a mini band around the thighs to enhance the leg drive and assist the reset.
