LLT Single Arm Contralateral Leg Pull Exercise

We are facilitating the lateral sling system in this exercise by pulling with the Lat. while loading the contralateral glute. Be sure to be loaded more on the heel to facilitate the glute as apposed to loading all on the forefoot causing over facilitation of the quads. Torso should be bowed forward and very little weight on rear foot.
