ULT (AW) Kneeling glute bridge to hip flick Exercise

= begins in audible kneeling position (tops of feet flat on ground)
= sit hips back over calves and onto feet (or as near as possible
= squeeze glutes to come back to kneeling
= swing one leg out the front and transfer bodyweight onto that foot, pushing your hips forward and keeping sole of the foot flat on the ground
