This move and its progressions/regressions are a benefit to athletes of all types and also assists those of us who may sit in front of computers and other screens for prolonged periods of time.

The ability to move in and out of Flexion/Extension in the Sagittal and Frontal planes as well as the combined motions utilizing Transverse Rotation is necessary for Golf, Basketball, Tennis, Hockey, and MMA to name a few. We can also see application in the everyday task of reaching for an item behind you while seated in the front seat of the car.
