Find your way to Savanasa – lay supine (face up) and allow your limbs to relax into your surroundings. Close your eyes and breath in deep through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth. Either meditate on a preselected verse or pick a find memory. If you pick a memory – what made it enjoyable? See if you can recollect the sounds, smells, scenery.
