Step To 4 o’clock and 8 o’clock.
Step wide behind, turn both feet + up onto back toe to Lunge
Curl arm and look back in same direction, twisting torso.
Unravel and push back to stand
Step forward with same leg into T step (feet 90°)
Twist torso w 2 arms outstretched.
Lift leg high and drop into next lunge
