LAR ULT T1-T2 ELDOA Exercise

* Roll the pelvis to you until the lumbar spine in flat
* Reach overhead with the arms externally rotated and wrist in extension.
* Hands are kept shoulder width apart.
* Slight tuck of the chin to straighten cervical spine.
* Slightly lift the back of the head off the floor (just high enough for a piece of paper to slide through)
