LMT ViPR Diagonal Step crossover with shift (jc) Exercise

Holding the ViPR in neutral grips. Load the hips and shift the ViPR diagonally away from the body. Cross over the trail leg, similtaneously pulling the ViPR diagonally back down towards the crossed leg. Uncross and shift the ViPR away again.
