Position the ViPR leaning against a chair. Stand with a wide and balanced split stance, front leg opposite the ViPR. Begin in a “low” position slightly bending at the hips, knees and ankles and maintaining a long spine. Support same hand on front thigh if necessary. To execute grasp the end of the ViPR and explosively pull and stand up. Reposition the ViPR to begin the next rep.
