*Flex hips and bend knees to flatten lumbar spine.
*Tuck the chin and lift head slightly off the ground
*Crown of the head reaching toward wall while tailbone reaching toward opposite wall
*Externally rotate arms. Elbows locked, wrist extended. Reach for ceiling.
