ULT Wall Bugs Exercise

Lay on your back with head ~2-3 inches from the wall
Place both hands on the wall, fingertips placed at top of molding strip
Pick feet off the floor and bend knees at 90 degrees
Engage abdominal breathing and hiss through your teeth as you push hands into wall and engage ribcage
Maintain position without shifting weight or legs
