– Make all adjustments to this machine while both feet are “off” the curved treadmill belt to be safe.
– Move the resistance dial on right side of machine forward to add a higher level of resistance to skill mill belt.
– Place feet on curved treadmill.
– Move into a bent over stance with arms leaning over and resting on the bottom arm rest on the sides of the machine display
– Rest your shoulders against hand rests on the front of machine.
– The speed of this machine is controlled by you.
– Use Quads, Hamstrings, Calves to push an “imaginary sled” forward.
– Place feet on the sides of machine, where there is traction once you have completed a sled push.
