Use a pair of light to moderate DBs. In Hi-plank position, place hands no wider than shoulder-width. Row one DB at a time (R-L) before jumping forward with both feet in a wider than hip-width position. Snatch the DBs overhead. Imagine zipping up your jacket. Reverse the process to repeat.
