LLT TRX Squat Jump Exercise

Keep arms slightly bent , shoulder blades squeezed back and down, and arms can move slightly as you jump. Light grip on TRX- most of movement is from legs! Exhale as you leave the ground, inhale down. Land quietly as you sit back into the squat to explode up again!
