LAR ULT LD – ULT – Hip Mobility & TFL stretch Exercise

commence with lifting your leg onto a knee high bench. Ensure your support foot is straight forward.
Rotate the ankle inwards, tip from eh hip ensuring you have a long spine.
Hold for 2 seconds and release.
Repeat 10 times or as directed.
