ULT Fundamental Get Up Exercise

-Start on the floor face down, palms down near your shoulders.
– Push yourself up into the top of a push up position.
-Step one foot forward as you come
-As you come up into a standing position, being the knee is the other leg up towards your torso and hold.
-Return to starting position by bringing the raised knee leg back as you reach your hands back towards the floor.
-step the other leg back so you are back are too top of a push up.
-lower your chest back to the floor.
