* Flatten the low back and thoracic (mid back) spine.
* Tuck the chin slightly while reaching the crown of the head longitudinally.
* One arm in external rotation with extension in the wrist reaching the arm / palm 45 degrees off the midline.
* Tail bone reaching longitudinally in the opposite direction of the crown of the head.
