LMT SL Hip Hinge to Transverse Lunge w/Rotation Exercise

Try to keep hips square to the ground in the hinge. Return to SL balance, set foot down if needed for balance. Transverse lunge can be done w/ or w/o rotation of vipr. Take 1 solid breath at end range of motion.
