Supine Lying down, Placing Hypersphere ball around the lower edges of the shoulder blades(away from the spine), arms on the side. feet on ground and knees bend, tilt them to one side (hip rotated-Torso facing the sky). Perform 2 forced inhalation then tilt the legs to the other side for 2 additional F.Inhalation. Switch the ball to the other scapula region and repeat the drill.
Compression should be light-moderate, if it is to hard , replace the device for a tennis ball or similar.
