LLT ViPR Pro Cylinder Lift – 2 Pulse Exercise

Stand with feet approximately shoulder width apart. Now grab the top of the ViPR and hoist it into the air, dropping into a quarter squat and catching the VIPR halfway down. Now repeat this — dropping into a full squat and grabbing the ViPR at the bottom. Reverse these steps to return to your starting position.
