LLT ViPR Cylinder Deadlift Exercise

– Start in neutral stance with ViPR in vertical position
– Hinge back at the hips with neutral spine and slight bend in knees, clinch top of ViPR by squeezing with both hands in open palm position
– Stand up by driving hips forward, lifting ViPR off the ground
– Reverse movement and lower ViPR back onto the ground
*You may reset and stand up without the ViPR in-between repetitions
